Returns Policy

Please email us first with any problems before returning goods. Faulty Goods to be returned within 14 days, for a refund to be issued. ( All items are checked before dispatch ). Goods returned must be as supplied in original packageing and un-damaged. Items damaged by user error will not qualify for refund. Goods that are ordered in error or are unsuitable are returned at your cost. All refunds will be minus postage and subject to 20% restocking fee.
