Shipment is processed once payment has cleared. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day following receipt and clearing of payment. For orders placed after 12:00 noon EST., shipment will be processed the following business day.

Upon the processing of your shipment, A Confirmation email will be sent to you that will include a Tracking number, along with the details of your shipment (shipment date, etc.)

We can combine the items you buy or win in to one single order so you just pay the shipping and handling for one item and all the additional purchases will get grouped in to that one single order.

Combined shipping allows your items to be shipped faster and reduces packaging waste making our operations greener.

For combining multiple items in to one single order please follow these instructions.

  1. You can only combine items won or purchased within 7 business days.
  2. Go to checkout after all your items are won or purchased and you will see them combined.
  3. Please note that the shipping and handling for the combined order will be the highest of the shipping and handling among the items you are about to pay. For example: If Item A has a Shipping and Handling fee of $3.99 and Item B has a Shipping and Handling of $4.99, then the Shipping and handling of the Combined Order will be $4.99

Return Policy

  • No restocking fee for a return item.
  • Your payment must have been received by its due date (7 days from the close of auction).
  • The returned item must be in our possession within 30 days of the date you received it.
  • Rings that were resized or engraved per your request cannot be returned.
  • Returned items must be in the original condition, not used or altered and should be returned with all original documents.
  • All tags and inserts found on items must remain intact.

Exchange Policy

  • Item can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery in original condition, not used or altered and should be returned with all original documents.
