We ship quickly, within 1 business day of your payment clearing and email a tracking # right away! We use FedEx shipping for all computers shipped to the 48 contiguous United States.

We only ship to the shipping address in your PayPal payment, and we cannot ship to any other address. Sorry we can not make exceptions. If you want the item to be shipped to a different address, simply add that address to your existing PayPal account and choose that address on check out.

For APO, FPO and PO Boxes email us before you purchase the product. For Alaska, Hawaii Puerto Rico, & the US Territories will cost the buyer the actual shipping cost to those locations. Buy the item, then email iGiveback to find out how much to pay for shipping (if the shipping is over $50 we can cancel the transaction).  We don't calculate this prior to purchase. Free shipping offered is only for the 48 contiguous United States.

International Shipments

Our international shipments are handled directly eBay themselves through eBay GSP (Global Shipping Program)!

Since eBay handles the international shipment, your item is protected by eBay and you don't need to pay any additional insurance - eBay will take responsibility if your item is lost or damaged during transit.

Also you don't have to worry about customs (everything you pay is done at checkout)!  To calculate the shipping fees, go to "shipping details", select your country and then select "get rates". This will show you the cost to ship and any taxes. The entire cost will be totaled at check out, which is a 'landed cost'. This means you will not be required to pay any additional fees on your end. (if you have trouble getting this to calculate, make sure you are on eBay.com (the U.S. site) as opposed to your local country's eBay site.). To qualify for this service by eBay, your item needs to be $2500 or less (before shipping and import fees).

Encountering a problem? Just email iGiveback your contact info and we will get back with you within 1 business day to take care of it! We pride ourselves in taking care of our customers! Unopened items can be returned with a 10% restocking fee. After opened, the condition is changed (per ebay policy) and so iGiveback will only accept a return for a total refund of the purchase price and no restocking fee if the product purchased arrives with a clear defect and Dell is unable to fix the item or or there is a clear error in the listing. Any issue with the machine must be reported within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a return. Prior to return we require a phone call for remote diagnosis and coordination with Dell to give us a chance to validate and/or attempt fix any problem. If you are not willing to do remote diagnosis by phone with us and work with Dell returns won't be accepted. Returned items that after inspection do not have a clear defect will have a 15% restocking fee + our actual shipping costs subtracted from the refund. The laptop and all packaging must be same as new, and Windows cannot be modified. In all cases, shipping is non-refundable.

We accept Paypal, Visa, Master, Discover and Amex through Paypal only. Since we use Paypal, you are safe and we never see or are exposed to your credit card info!
