WARRANTY (HARDWARE):

The item may be returned within 14 days of receipt (warranty period) only if found to be DOA or not as described and shown in the photos. The Buyer must pay for all costs of returning an item including shipping and insurance and the Buyer must first be given a return authorization before a return will be accepted. If the item returned is found to have been abused, misused, or damaged, physically or electrically, or not otherwise in the same condition as it was when originally shipped to the Buyer, a full refund will not be issued but an accommodation or partial refund may be made on a case by case basis depending on the circumstances.
