We sell both used and new items. Shipping cost is more for new and boxed dolls because they weigh more. However, for any buyer's request, we can remove the new dolls from their boxes to save on shipping cost. We recommend this for international buyers and for USA buyers too.

Payment is due within 3 days of auction end.  If you are not able to make payment within 3 days, please contact me first for special arrangements.  If payment is not made within 3 days and no effort has been made to contact me, a non-paying bidder case will be filed so I can recoup fees and relist the item.

We offer a 14 day return policy on our items unless stated in listing.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee unless we have grossly misstated the item.

Please be aware that even new items just removed from box are not exempt from flaws.  They may have minor flaws from where the original clothing or doll was attached into the box.  It is unknown to us where dolls have spent their time - some of them 20+ years before we found them, opened the box and listed them.  Some of our new dolls are sold without box and others with box.  Check the listing for details.  Ask if unsure.

Almost all used dolls have been cleaned and spend their time here in a smoke and pet-free environment.  A few have electronics in them or their vintage age makes them best left alone.  We hand pick dolls offered.  Some have wear from play.  We try to picture any major flaws.  However, please do not expect a pre-owned doll to be perfect and flawless. Very small flaws, dots, stains, bite marks, dents, scratches on dolls and toys are common.  To the best of our knowledge our items are in very good condition (unless otherwise specified).  Our prices are low considering how much time we spend cleaning, fixing up, or dressing each doll. We make sure that each doll will look its best. We do this because we are doll collectors and truly like what we are doing and would like to have all our buyers to have a great experience with each purchase.  We use a high definition camera and our items are shown in high detail in the photos. You can see everything clearly and what you see in the photos, that is what you will receive. Sometimes we do not provide photos of the back of the doll, simply because of time.  If you have a question about any item or you would like to see more photos, please ask and send us a message before buying. 

ONLY what is in the pictures is included in the listing, however sometimes we also show doll models wearing outfits that are for sale or original packaging to simply provide more information to the buyer.   In these cases we always include "DOLL NOT INCLUDED" or similar specific messages in the top of this description.  Some of the used items we find are not complete but still very nice.  Please look at pictures carefully. If you do not see something in the photo, that means it is not included in the sale.  


I offer a choice of Priority or First Class International shipping on most items.  Some of our items are shipped under eBay's global shipping program. First Class International packages can take as long as four weeks to arrive, while Priority Mail is a faster and safer option.  Orders over $100 must be shipped with Priority shipping as it will include tracking information.  Your package may also be delayed in Customs for several days.  Customs forms will indicate actual purchase price and not be checked as “gift.” Your country may charge you a VAT or Value Added Tax for which you are responsible.  Please be aware that any import/customs fees, taxes, or charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. 

International Buyers:    If you are an international buyer purchasing a single item, the eBay Shipping Calculator will automatically show the shipping cost to your country. For more than one item, we are happy to combine your purchases into one package for lower shipping cost.  Feel free to contact us for combined shipping price.  Please request an invoice when you have finished buying items.

About NEGATIVE and POSITIVE feedback

Positive feedback is very important to us and we work hard for it! We kindly expect positive feedback from all of our buyers. So far we have been very successful and we appreciate this from all who have bought from us before. We try to please every buyer and it is never our intention to send a defective item to anybody. In VERY RARE cases it happens that the item does not arrive on time, it is late, or the item arrives damaged. However, this usually does not happen. We pack everything very well and spend extra money for good packaging materials. Usually we ship everything within 1 business day with tracking numberIf item is very late, it is usually the mail carrier's fault, and it is the buyer's responsibility to check the tracking and THEN contact us to follow up.


Most cases can be resolved easily and nicely when both buyer and seller have good intentions.
We are friendly and always try to resolve issues and make every buyer happy with their purchase.

Please note that NEGATIVE feedback should be left ONLY if a seller never responded or tried to help resolve your problem, however this will not happen with us. 


It is not fair and unethical to leave us a negative feedback because the item is late, or because the item arrived damaged, or just because you had a bad day and want to give this back to somebody.

Any buyer who leaves us negative feedback prior to the item's arrival or without contacting us to resolve a problem, will be blocked and will never be able to buy anything from us ever again. Also, any buyer who leaves us a negative feedback for any reason, will be blocked forever. If buyer was once unsatisfied with our service, we do not wish to give that buyer another chance for this to happen again.
