If there are some problems occurred with the headlights like “doesn’t work”, “flicker”, “high beams work, low beams do not”, kindly please check the troubleshooting steps to help you: 

1. Double check whether the bulbs have been installed correctly or not. If yes but still don’t work or flicker, the power of the battery may less than working voltage or please contact us for assistance. If not, professional installation is highly recommended! 

2, Double check and make sure the bulbs are compatible. If the bulbs correct but still don’t work, check the installation or refer to 3. If the bulbs type incorrect, please contact us for exchange. 

3, Some vehicles, such as some model of VW, Audi, BMW, Benz may need loadresistor (decoder) to make the light work properly. Email us for help.
