ITEMS DELIVERED BY COURIER
Special note for delivery:
before signing your delivery, it is imperative that you first open and check the condition of the item before signing for it. if you sign for an item prior to checking the conditions then we are not liable for any damages and won't be able to accept a return, so for your own protection please make sure you read this and understand it. we're always willing to help if something has been damaged in transit but unfortunately if it's signed for in good condition there's nothing we can do, if in the rare case and item is broken and the buyer is dis-satisfied, and or leaves negative feed back, we will request for it to be stricken off the account as this condition has not been met. please understand that this is not a regular occurrence and we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of each and every item, this is just simply a disclaimer so that every customer knows to check the condition of their item prior to signing.

SECURITY MARKS
All items are marked for security please do not remove these as items returned without markings will not be liable for a refund
RETURNS
Returns are accepted up to 14 days from receipt of item, items returned will incur a 20% restocking fee no postage will be refunded also delivery charge will be deducted
FAULTY ITEMS
If an part is faulty a replacement will be sent after the original part has been returned and checked be ourselves if no replacement part is available a refund will be issued we do not refund return postage
WARRANTY
All parts carry a 14 day back to base guarantee from the date purchased
engines and gear boxes must be fitted by a qualified mechanic for warranty to apply
PLEASE NOTE : WE RECOMMEND TO CHANGE TIMING BELT/CHAIN
DAMAGE CAUSED BY TIMING BELT/CHAIN NOT COVERED IN WARRANTY
