The ones that have been opened have only been opened to remove the baf and not the figure itself. You will receive wolverine (opened to remove baf), cyclops (new), old man Logan (new), dazzler (new but one piece of tape seal broke) Phoenix (opened to remove baf), rogue (opened to remove baf), deadpool (new), iceman (opened no packaging), colossus (new), sunfire (new), shatterstar (new) Polaris (new).

Manufacturer flaws are possible with legends and shelf ware to the boxes is common. Please ask questions if you have any.
