All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Domestic shipping normally takes 2-6 full business days for delivery. Delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number will be sent to you automatically via e-mail when your package is shipped.

All items will be ship as a standard shipping method via USPS PRIORITY MAIL. (We ship to PO Boxes, APOs/FPOs, HI, AK, and PR) Once we receive your orders, the total invoice will be sent for your payment.

We offer domestic express shipping via UPS or FedEx by customer request (Contact us for information by phone or via email).

Combined shipping is only valid with other purchases within 7 days of the first item purchased by using a single checkout/payment.
(We normally ship items within 1 business day, so please inform us in advance if you have a shopping plan for a week).

We ship Monday - Friday in business hours, excluding Holidays. 
International Shipping.

We ship international orders via USPS Priority International Mail that come with the tracking ability. Shipments take an average of 6-14 business days for delivery and all packages are subject to delay of delivery time, due to US & international customs.

Please note: The buyers are fully responsible for any International Taxes and Duty fees, which may be charged upon delivery. Please contact your local post office to determine your estimated taxes and duty fees.

Buyers may return item purchased for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please notify us in advance you are returning for an exchange or a refund. We offer free US shipping for most items. Buyers pay for return shipping fees. In the case of an exchange, we reship for free. For international shipping we offer a flat rate. Buyers pay international return shipping fees.

 

Please examine all purchases immediately upon delivery. Faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised if the product is damaged. We will pay for return shipping fees.
