HELIOS LIGHTWING HR 10X42 ED BINOCULARS GREEN RUBBER ARMOUR

The Helios Lightwing HR roof prism models are the stars in the Helios roof prism range which will satisfy even the most discerning user. Comprising six models with ED glass for the 42mm sizes. They are extremely competent instruments providing high-levels of optical performance for both birdwatching & general observing, whilst offering incredible value.
The body is constructed from lightweight but robust magnesium alloy and is covered in stylish green protective rubber armouring. All models feature high-index BaK-4 prisms which are both Phase and Silver Di-Electric coated. Optics are Fully Multi-Coated with premium extra high-transmission Coatings. These special features combine to provide a light transmission throughput exceeding 90%!! Images delivered are crisp and sharp, with excellent resolution, contrast, brightness and depth of field, with natural levels of colour. The field of view is generously wide with good edge definition. Near focus capability of all models is a highly respectable 2M. Waterproof (30 mins at 1M depth) and nitrogen filled for clear, fog-free operation.
Twist-up, 3–position eyecups with metal sub-structure. Suitable for spectacle wearers. Knurled metal, easy-grip focusing knob with about 1.5 turns from closest focus distance to infinity. Integral tripod bush. Supplied with quality neck strap, eyepiece rainguard, objective lens caps and soft case.
