Product Warranty / Guarantee
- All products carry a 30-days warranty.
Item that suffers from manufacturing fault during this period can be exchanged / replaced. Any fault arising from usage will not be exchanged / replaced.
After the 30 days period, any exchange is subject to our discretion.
- If the item is broken or damaged on arrival, please
report it to us immediately. If you take longer time to report the
physically broken item, we may draw a conclusion that the item is broken
during usage.
