Ich verschicke immer voll versichert und auf mein Risiko, sodass ich Sie im Fall eines Verlustes der Sendung entschädigen werde. Die Arbeit der Versandunternehmen kann ich leider nicht beeinflussen.
Ein weiterer Hinweis noch für Käufer aus dem Ausland: Die Versandkosten enthalten meistens auch Kosten für die Versandversicherung. Diese sind nur in der Postfiliale zu entrichten und sind nicht auf der jeweiligen Sendung (z.B. durch Briefmarken) zu erkennen. Dies macht die deutsche Post, um die versicherten Sendungen nicht für Diebstahl attraktiv zu machen. Daher lassen Sie sich bitte nicht durch vermeintlich geringere Portokosten irritieren, als Sie bezahlt haben. Im Zweifel kann ich Ihnen die Versicherungskosten gerne per Quittung nachweisen.

Please contact me directly before opening a case with ebay if you have the feeling that the shipping time takes unusually long. I cannot influence the shipping process but if a shipment is truly lost, I will refund you, of course.
Regarding the shipping costs: there might be a difference between the actual shipping amount which you have paid and the amount of stamps which is visible on the parcel/envelope. This is because of the shipping insurance. The costs for the shipping insurance are to be paid in the post office and they don´t show on the envelope/parcel so not to attract possible theft. If you are in doubt about your shipping costs, please contact me and I can show you the receipt of the insurance costs.
