This is an OEM Apple A1243 wired keyboard with Adobe Premiere Pro editing stickers. 

It's a great way to learn Premiere's keyboard shortcuts while still retaining the nice, fluid feedback of a real Apple keyboard.

After a few weeks using this keyboard, I memorized the shortcuts, so I switched back to my ergonomic keyboard.
