Introduction:
Very famous 10 Watt per channel stereo amplifier in 1960’s. Introduced in 1958, the Stereo 20 used the same basic circuits as all of Harold Leak's 'Point One' power amplifiers.
Condition:
- This amplifier is in good condition for its age.
- Cosmetically, not very good condition. There are some rust and scratches on its surface. Please study the photos.
- This amplifier was serviced and re-capped maybe for next 30 years!
- No Power switch and shortened. Therefore the amplifier will power on as soon as it's plugged in to the power lead.
- The sound quality is just superb especially with vintage loud speakers.
- Coming with all the valves. (4 x EL84, 3 x ECC83, 1 x GZ34)
- Coming with UK power lead.
- No original box, package and no user manual and instruction guide, but the manual can be easily downloaded via the internet.
- Please study well the photos before bidding.
Shipment:
My house is located in Bedford. Collection is preferred and it is also possible to arrange a demo on a weekend, if you prefer. Otherwise, I can arrange shipment or delivery if you are located within 10 miles. We can arrange international shipment as well. For international shipment, please ask the shipment cost beforehand. Sorry, but strictly no shipment to mainland of China and Russia. The buyer is responsible on import tax, etc.
