1960s/70s Buler Switzerland Wind-Up Fashion Watch. Unused Old Stock.

This Watch is what we used to call a “Dolly Bird” watch. It is made of clear crystal plastic, has a shiny vinyl strap and inside is a clockwork wind-up Swiss movement. It winds up and works well and seems to keep quite reasonable time, but I would strongly advise anyone interested in this Watch to only buy it as a collectors item – not to consider everyday wear. It is in amazing original unused old shop stock condition. It is unlikely that there is another one of these in the World that is in such fine condition. The movement has of course never been serviced so the oil inside is 60 or so years old. This is a fashion watch designed to last a season or two. It is unlikely that this Watch would survive daily use in the modern day. It was made by Buler of Switzerland in the 1960s-70s era.
