Auction is for a hand-made multi color wooden pickguard.  The size and shape were traced from an original 1975 D'Aquisto New Yorker that I owned (until last year) ; but it is not a direct copy but something that were more or less inspired by him (for a copy, see my other auctions)

It is crafted from solid African ebony, Rosewood, Paduk, and Merbau woods. It has single ply binding and is polished / buffed to high gloss with natural bees wax.

The long end measures approx. 7-1/2" (19 cm) and the thickness is a bit underneath 1/8" (2,9 mm)

I will include some extra ebony wood if someone wants to add a neck block (I cannot do that from a distance as you need the guitar to fit)

Please understand this is handmade not a factory product. Some fitting might be necessary to fit on your guitar.
