Please check the item description and condition details prior to making a purchase. We try to list all of the included components and contents of the item in the item description. It is the buyer's responsibility to check the product as soon as it arrives and inform us of any issues within 7 days of the receipt. Any requests or claims after 7-day period will be denied. If the manual and the installation drivers are available, we will include them with the item. In cases when the installation manuals, product guides, installation drivers are missing, they can be found online by visiting the manufacturer's website. |

All payments must be processed within 7 days from the date of purchase or date of auction closing. Winning bidders must pay via PayPal using a CONFIRMED billing/shipping address. We do not ship outside of USA. We guarantee the shipping of your item within 24 hours (or less) of the receipt of an approved PayPal payment (with CONFIRMED address only). For reliable delivery of your purchase we use UPS. We do not ship on weekends and national holidays. Due to carrier restrictions, packages can not be delivered to a P.O.Box or APO/FPO address. Payments with Non-Confirmed PayPal address will not be accepted and the orders will not ship out.

RMA number is required to return an item. To request an RMA number, please contact us via eBay Messaging system. Original packaging is required to return the item, including all accessories, cables, manuals, batteries, components, etc., otherwise return will not be accepted. When shipping the item back to us, please make sure the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the packaging box and not covered by any labels. If you ship an item back to us without an RMA number, or an RMA number is not visible, the package will be refused & returned back to you by the freight carrier you used.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The cost of return shipping charge is buyer's responsibility. 20% Restocking Fee applies to all returns for refund.
Refusing a delivery of an item is not an acceptable way to return it. If you decide to return an item back to us, you must first accept a delivered package and request an RMA number. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged a minimum of 10% restocking fee + double the shipping cost (the carrier is charging us for both ways).
If your package arrives damaged, you must notify UPS at the time of delivery so they register this in their system. All damage claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Any claims submitted afterwards will be denied.

Q: Can I request the item to be shipped to any address?
A: We can ship the item only to the CONFIRMED address of your PayPal payment. Please make sure to use the CONFIRMED address when submitting the PayPal payment.
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: We try to process and ship all orders within 24 hours after the receipt of the approved payment. Orders are processed during the normal business hours (Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST). We do not process orders during Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
Q: How will I know my order was shipped?
A: We will send you an email confirmation with a tracking number confirming the shipment. You can use the tracking number to trace your package online with the freight carrier (UPS or USPS).
Q: Can I return an item for refund?
A: All of our products are sold as-is unless stated otherwise. If you are not satisfied with an item, we will offer for you to exchange it for an identical item. If you still wish to return your item for a refund, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your credit. Shipping is also non-refundable. You must also pay return shipping back to us.
Q: What happens if the item is defective or DOA (dead on arrival)?
A: If the item you received does not function properly, please contact us within 7 business days of the receipt via eBay Messaging system. Please don't file eBay/PayPal claims or disputes without contacting our customer support department first.
