This is a brand new and sealed Black Apple iPad 4th Generation Wi-Fi and AT&T networking with 64GB capacity.

The part number is MD518LL/A and model number is A1459.

The seal is slightly torn on the front.

I checked the IMEI number and it looks clear and ready to activate.  (Shown in picture)
