Item: All items we sell are brand new in the original factory packaging unless otherwise noted.  Figures remain in the factory cases until purchased.  We cannot guarantee that the packaging will be 100% mint condition as the shipping cases have changed hands several times since leaving China before arriving to us.  Packaging will be as close to mint as possible.  If you are a MOMC collector and are concerned about condition please message us before buying and we can send you pictures of the best package we currently have left in stock.

Shipping:  1 Figure - USPS First Class Mail
                 2-6 Figures - USPS Priority Mail
                 7+ Figures - UPS Ground

We are fellow collectors and all items are packed how we would want to receive them. All figures are shipped in the proper sized cardboard box and reinforced with bubble wrap, air pouches, packaging peanuts, etc. to insure that you receive the figure in perfect shape.

Feedback:  We leave feedback within 24 hours of the item shipping.  Please return the favor once you receive your item.  In the rare case that you are not satisfied please contact us FIRST before leaving negative feedback so  the problem can be resolved.

Legal:  Please pay for your item within 5 business days.  If payment is not made within this time frame a non payment case will automatically be opened.
