We dispatch next working day of payment cleared, Mon-Fri. We use Royal Mail & Hermes as our shipping partner and UK typical delivery takes 2-4 working days. We offer signed for service FREE p+p on most items in UK only, reduced international shipping & we will COMBINE postage for multiple items, request for invoice, email at arkhondoker@hotmail.co.uk
2nd, 3rd or more items has auto discount postage rate applied, further discounts may apply for large quantities are bought together. We endeavour to do our best to list shipping cost as accurate as possible & we pay for packaging charges/services includes Tissue, bubble wraps and opaque sealed bags for safe delivery. We recommend you take insured delivery to prevent items from loss or damage in the post or in transit and we will obtain a receipts/tacking number as proof of posting. Should the unseen happen, we shall work together until the matter is resolved.
Highlands, Islands & other remote areas may take longer to deliver goods.

Returns
Returns accepted for all stated listings and only if the goods are deemed to be faulty or the listing is incorrect, please note NOT all items are returnable for various safety reason. Goods can only be return within returns policy, i.e. we MUST be notified within 48 hours of receipt of item. If this is the case the item MUST be returned providing it is in its original condition with Tags/Labels still attached (including the packaging where it forms part of the goods, i.e. boxed items), any seals on the product remain unbroken & for hygiene or safety reasons have not been worn, opened or used. I recommend that you return via recorded/signed postal service, as we won’t be responsible for item’s lost or damaged in post/transit.
Once the item is returned in satisfactory condition we will cancel the order and process your refunds, minus the any costs. Change of mind post and return postal charges are non refundable.
Sorry NO RETURNS/REFUND on lingerie, hosiery [socks], swimwear, underwear, hats & Jewellery for Safety & Hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
