Returns

I offer a generous 60 day return policy on ALL items! To start a return:

  1) Make sure your item qualifies for a refund (see terms & conditions below).

  2) Begin a return via the sold item's page within 60 days of the purchase date.

  3) Simply re-pack the item, purchase and affix a return label, and ship it back.

  4) I will issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving the item, providing it complies with the T&C.


Terms & Conditions:

- Opened items cannot be returned (only applies to new items).

- New with tags (NWT) items MAY be returned, as long as the tags are NOT removed.

- Item must be in the same condition as it was when I shipped it to qualify for a refund.

- Any item listed with "free shipping" will be subject to a 20% restocking fee upon being returned.

- As necessary to maintain a profitable business, I kindly ask that the buyer pays for return shipping.


Shipping  &  Payment

- Payment is due within 48 hours (2 days) of the listing's end time.

- Immediate payment is required with all fixed price listings.

- I only accept payments through your registered PayPal account.

- Most items ship same day if payment is received before 12 PM NOON (EST).

- I will only ship to the address registered on your eBay account.

- I am no longer responsible once the package is marked "delivered". Make sure your property is secure!

- Rarely, USPS will lose a package. If you suspect this has happened, contact me. I will open a case with them.

Every listing is described to the best of my knowledge, so buy with confidence! Any flaws will be pictured, and stated in the item description. However, I may occasionally miss a detail when listing an item. If this happens, contact me before leaving negative/neutral feedback, or opening a case. I will bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase!
