I have already added minimal handling fee of $1.00 to the shipping amount to cover the costs of packaging to ensure safe arrival of your package.
We ship using UPS and USPS. I ship by UPS contiguous 48 States only. (Alaska & Hawaii extra). Shipping charges are non-negotiable so please do not ask.
If we ship USPS, (Post Office) shipping amount does not include insurance. We will offer the insurance option at our checkout email.
Buyer's that waive insurance are held responsible and Buyer's assume all risks of damages or lost packages.
Under PayPal's Seller Protection Policy we must ship ONLY to address listed through Paypal to be protected so please do not ask us to ship to another address as we can and will not be able to.
International buyers agree to assume responsibility for import duties and to accept events which are beyond our control --- such as delivery delays after shipment (including Customs delays) Please wait and I will contact you regarding shipping cost. We will only accept returns if item was grossly misrepresented, although we do our best to describe and picture all of our items, mistakes are made, as we are human.We will send out a shipping label to your address your refund will only be for the cost of the item as we can not refund shipping cost. We must receive the item back within 14 days. Item must be in the same condition as we shipped it and must be in resalable condition. Also items must be returned in original package along with all contents received, otherwise extra fees for missing and or damaged parts will apply.
We will combine shipping on like items. (example: we will ship figurines together, but we will not ship a heavy breakable item with a smaller breakable item)
