"The largest set in the Dragon Knights series from the early 90s, the Fire Breathing Fortress provides a mountain headquarters for these fellows to work arcane magics, tame their dragons, and share a good meal in peace - at least until the next time they decide to sally forth.

The fortress sits atop a foliage-studded rocky mountain with a sloped path leading up toward double 'wooden' doors guarded by a fearsome swiveling dragon's head defensive apparatus.

The pit inside the castle is used to hold a giant dragon, which can be released via a large cage door located at the front of the fortress up on the cliff face.

There is a jail inside the castle as well for extra role-playing possibilities.

The second floor of the castle features an extensive balcony and battlements, with a large trap door activated on the completed model by the make-believer via a pull-out rod. There is a mage tower type construction up here for the resident wizard, with fancy double-golden-dragon patterned wall and high red roof.

The selection of LEGO Castle minifigs includes the Dragon Master with fancy three-plume dragon helm, dragon-themed cloth cape, and distinctive mismatched armor pattern, a Dragon Knights archer with separate quiver and pointed helmet, two Dragon Knights armsmen with neck protector helms, the wizard Majisto, with black plastic cape, long white beard and high pointed wizard's hat, and a Wolfpack clan bandit with cowl. The assortment of minifig accessories included with 6082 is generous, for example: A green dragon with pose-able jaw, arms and tail, red wings and 'fire' breath piece, a brown horse with dragon-themed head armor and red saddle, a treasure chest with 'gem' colored LEGO elements, wavy flags both cloth and plastic, fancy halberds, short swords, a clear 'crystal ball' and glow-in-the-dark magic wand and decorated 'spell scroll' tile element for Majisto, bow and arrow, crossbow, lances, two decorative ovoid shields with the green dragon insignia, and a spear."
