Shipping:

  - USA Orders: Items will ship via Standard shipping. Estimated delivery dates are provided by Ebay.
  - We do not take any responsibility if the packages get delivered  later than estimated delivery dates. All the complaints must be directed to the courier that was used to ship the package.
  - For HI/AK/Guam/APO/FPO/PR/PO BOX we ship via USPS Priority Mail ($18.00)

Returns:

  • After receiving the item, contact seller within 14 days
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping
  • All returns must be pre-approved by emailing to our RMA Department (Return Merchandise Authorization). The buyer is responsible for both way shipping fees .
  • Once your request has been received, you will be contacted within 2 business days with an instruction for sending back the item(s).
  • We will ship the replacement once we have received and processed the returned item(s). If you request for a refund, we will notify you via Email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s).
  • The item has to be in the same condition and packaging as it was received by the buyer.
  • If the item is altered by the buyer in any way or the original labels have been removed a fee might be applied or the returned might be denied.
