Please read the item descriptions thoroughly. Regardless of eBay, I will not entertain returns unless absolutely necessary. The items I sell are vintage, usually 60+ years old, and leave my hands in the condition stated. I am not responsible for mishandling of items once they leave my possession. 

International bidders welcome. International buyers are responsible for all duties and taxes. Customs declaration will reflect sale price. Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Express International unless otherwise mentioned. Do not ask for any alternative method of shipping that does not include tracking/delivery/insurance confirmation.  There are no exceptions to this. International shipments may take longer due to issues with customs. I am not responsible for those delays. Do not ask me to manipulate value of items on customs form. This is an unacceptable practice and I will report these requests. 

I do not sell to addresses in Italy or China. Customs challenges and lack of payment  in these two countries have presented too many problems. No exceptions.  

Please note items will either be shipped from my facilities in Virginia or Pennsylvania.
