      Chucklebunnies are proud to present a really nice comfy home for two which has a pale brown and cream flower patterned fleece outer and a comfy smooth pale brown and cream flower patterned fabric inner. There is a stiffener at one end to keep the home open and allow your little ones to move in and out as they wish. The new design has an additional stiffener placed half way down the home to keep  the home open and allow easier access. These stiffeners are made from the same plastic always, this will not tear into sharp edges if chewed and will pass through the digestive system without problems if bits are swallowed. The pictures show Lulu and Belle in this home.  This home is comfortable for two average sized piggies and a generous home for one very large 2 kg and over piggie. It is approx 12 inches wide by 15 inches deep, 30 x 38 cm.  The fabric inner is nicer for your little ones because it is smooth and doesn't catch toenails or scrape sensitive skin. But of course you can turn the fleece to the inside if you wish, it is fully reversible. This is a generous home with ample room for them to move about and turn around in it.  At Chucklebunnies we have found that they like to have the softer end to hide in and will happily relax and sleep in these.

      Chucklebunnies have a strict policy of making as much as possible of each item from recycled fabric and fleece. Most items are completely made from recycled fabric and fleece. Recycling helps to save our planet and you would be helping to recycle if you bought from Chucklebunnies. Material is sourced from various places, the main ones being offcuts from soft furnishings shops and items that couldn't be sold from charity shops. Recycled material is always quality checked and thoroughly washed before being made up into our own designs. At Chucklebunnies we always put the pet's needs first so all of our items are totally safe - we would never use material which was a choking hazard such as fur or plasticised material and we never use any metal parts that could break teeth. Easy to care for and keep clean!

      Everything Chucklebunnies make can be machine washed on a cool wash. These homes are also completely reversible to help with cleaning. The smooth fabric inner enables easy removal of droppings and hair by shaking before washing. We would advise you not to tumble dry it as the plastic stiffener won't last as long as it should. The double layer of material in this home provides good insulation, keeping your little ones comfortable.

Clever design to keep your pet happy!

      Here at Chucklebunnies we use our own experience, feedback from customers and a great deal of care to ensure that our designs are the very best. This new design was developed after a request from a customer with a piggy that is developing cataracts and needed a home that stayed open more easily. For our other designs please look at the listings we have or find the website. We are always trying very hard to keep learning about what various pets want and need. Guinea pigs really do enjoy being inside these, the home is large enough for them to really hide at the back and shut off the world in a material cave if they wish. This helps them to feel secure and also to keep warm. It is entirely possible to pick up and cuddle your little one in one of these, that makes it much easier to pick up a nervous or young guinea pig.
