Shipping and Tracking:

Item will be shipped out by UPS within 1~2 business days from our warehouse in California. The tracking number will be emailed to you when shipped. Sorry, we will not ship to following area or any address with PO address: HI, AK, VI and international countries other than Canada.

Return Policy:

You may return any unused parts to us within 7 days of delivery after you inquiry a RAN number from us. Buyer is responsible to pay for the returned shipping unless it is our mistake to send a wrong part. Original shipping and handling is non-refundable. A $15.00 or 20% restocking fee, whichever is greater, will be charged for the return of the Free Shipping orders.

Caution: Please handle with care for all billet grilles, especially the polished surface. Please use a microwave wrap film to wrap it up before you put into the box for return. If we spot one scratch on the grille, even it is a damage during the return shipment, we will not issue any refund.
