Head pins and eye pins may need to be straightened before use, this can easily be achieved by placing the pin against a hard surface and running your finger along the pin to straighten out any bends.
 
Payments

We accept payments via PayPal. If you require an invoice for your order please let us know so we can arrange one for you.

If you are making multiple purchases from us, please add items to your basket and complete checkout in one transaction. We are unable to refund any over payments in postage if payment is made before an invoice is requested.
Postage

UK orders are dispatched via 2nd postage as standard. 1st Class and Special Delivery options are available at an extra charge and can be selected at checkout. If you are making a large order we may dispatch via a courier and a tracking number will be provided.

Orders will be packaged to go through your letterbox wherever we can, however, due to the weight and size of larger orders this may not always be possible.
