Return Policy:
We will inspect our products before we shipped out to our customers.
We believe that our products are the best Value, Quality and Selections.
If an item you purchase from Elements Design does not meet your expectations,you can simply return or exchange it within 7 days from the day of purchase .Return Goods will not be accepted by Elements Design without prior written (email is ok ) notification by Customer . Authorized return of non-defective merchandise are subject to a 25% restocking Charge.
Product must be in original, resalable condition and in original packaging. All returns are subject to inspection and determination or credit worthiness by Elements Design prior to deductions should be made.
We will issue a Credit to paypal for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable.
A $20.00 Shipping will be charge during the refund., and shipping will be charged for the new item(s) Sent. If an item is in damage or Defective by the manufactory, simply return it to us and we will Refund you the cost of the item,sales tax if applicable and shipping.
If you find any shortage of your item , simply let us know , we will ship it to you at no cost.
Orders will ship through FedEx and can be tracked by the tracking number that we emailed to you.
Merchandise that has been shipped for over 30 days shall not be authorized for return.
Damage in Transit
Elements Design has design the reasonable package against the breakage or Other damage during transit.All products shipped by Elements Design have Included shipping Insurance.It will be buyer’s responsibility upon receipt of goods to Inspect product for transit damage. If there is any such damage is found, it will be buyer’s Responsibility to report the damage to Elements Design within24 hours.
Elements Design One-Year Limited Warranty
All Elements Design products are warranted to the end user to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from purchase date. If during the One-year period, Elements Design is notified promptly in writing upon discovery of any defect in the products, including a detailed description of the alleged defect, such product are indeed defective and not caused by accident, misuse,abuse, neglect, improper installation or packaging, repair or alteration by someone other than Elements Design , then Elements Design shall , at its option , either Repair, replace, or credit a buyer for such defective products . Elements Design Shall return any products repaired or replaced under this warranty to Buyer transportation Prepaid, and shall reimburse a buyer for the transportation charges paid by the buyer for
Returning such defective products to Elements Design . The performance of this warranty shall not act to extent the one-year warranty period for any products repaired or replaced beyond that period applicable to such as originally delivered.
