You can return the unit as long as it has not been used and is returned with all the original packaging, box, parts and instructions. The unit must be returned exactly as you received it. It is recommended when returning high value items that you add shipping insurance. If the product is defective or was damaged in transit please notify us of this right away so we can take steps to remedy the issue. Please include a copy of your order in the box.
