Shipping All items will be shipped on the same day if payment is recieved and cleared before 1pm that day. If payment is recieved after 1pm then items will be shipped on the next day. We use Parcel Force 24hour and Royal Mail to deliver our items
Return Policy All items we sell come with a 3 month Return To Base warranty unless otherwise stated. If you recieve an item that you are not happy with or has developed a fault we ask that you send it back to us and we will either fix, relace or refund you. We do not refund return costs. If an item is returned it must come back to us in the same condition it was recieved. If any damage has been incurred or warranty stickers tampered with, then a full refund will not be provided. If a customer receives a machine that is faulty upon arrival and reports the fault within 1 working day of recieving the item we will replace the item at no cost to the buyer.
