We ship our products everyday (M-F) excluded Public Holiday 
We ship the same business day payment is received. 
Delivery normally takes 3 - 5 business days from receipt of payment. 
We do combine shipping, please wait until you completed all of your purchases, and then complete the checkout process which will combine all your purchases in 1 order to save on postage.

Return for exchange will be given ONLY on defective (manufacturing faulty) or incorrect delivery goods. 
Any DVD Or GAME with visible scratch on the surface will NOT be accepted for return. 
Incorrectly delivered goods must NOT be opened. It will NOT be accepted for return if opened. 
Request for return must be placed within 14 days and received by us within 30 days of shipment date. 
Shipping cost for approved returned goods will be FULLY PAID BACK to you. 
For products returned in accordance with this policy, you should receive replacement within 3-7 working days from the date we receive it back from you. 
If you receive a wrong or defective item please contact us by e-mail within 3 days from the date you receive the products.
