Used in Chevy K5 Blazer & Suburban K10 and K20 Pick-up Dana 44 and GM 10 Bolt front axle shaft assys. Drivers side and Passenger side.  1973 1974 1975 1976 1977 1978 1979 1980 1981 1982 1983 1984 1985 1986 1987 1988. 
K5 Blazer & Surburban1989 1990 1991 front axles. 
This size u-joint was used in almost all Dana 44 front axles starting in the early 70's to present day.

These 5-760X U-joints have a cold-forged cross which is stronger than the old 5-297X hot-forged cross
