Food grade vegetable glycerine is comprised of 99.7% fatty esters, made from either coconut or palm oil. The remaining 0.3% of vegetable glycerine is water.

Glycerine is not chemically related to sugar although it has about the same food energy.

Glycerine is ideal for use in the home as a low G.I sugar alternative for baking.

Over 99% of all UK orders are delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch, although occasional unforeseen circumstances may delay the receipt of your parcel so please allow up to 3 days for delivery. If we are unable to deliver you parcel within the specified time we will contact you as soon as possible.

We will not be held liable for packages refused, returned or held by customs for delivery. Any local duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We offer a very easy exchange and refund policy. If you change your mind within 30 days of receipt of your order, we will gladly exchange it or refund the purchase price.

Goods must be un-used and in the same condition as when sold for a full refund. Please ensure you use sufficient packaging to ensure a safe delivery. We aim to process all refunds within 24 hours of receiving the returned goods.

If you wish to exchange an item you may be liable for the additional postal fee. We will work this out on a order to order basis and we will endeavour to keep the return postage as low as possible. We will not charge any restocking or re-listing fees.
