All items are shipped in a poly mailer envelope unless stated otherwise. If you are concerned about product getting damage I highly recommend choosing priority mail as it will ship in a box and be better protected.Shipping times are not a guarantee they are an approximate estimated delivery time from usps. So once the package leaves my hands to the post office please know it is out of my control. I usually ship within 4 business days after payment is received, does not include weekends or holidays.
