Terms
GENERAL
a. In placing an order with the seller (Spartan) the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms.
b. These terms are correct as of 12th March 2014.
c. The Seller reserves the right to alter or amend these terms at any time in respect of orders already accepted.PRICES, PAYMENT AND DISPATCH
a. All prices unless otherwise specified are inclusive of VAT at the UK rate of 20%.
b. The Buyer must make all payments requested by the Seller/EBay before orders will be dispatched.
c. An extra charge will be levied to cover delivery and insurance costs if the Buyer requests this and the Seller agrees.
d. A charge may be made to cover any extra costs for delivery to a different address/international destination.LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT OR NON DELIVERY
a. The Buyer shall examine the goods immediately that the goods are delivered the them.
b. The Seller reserves the right to reject claims in respect of shortages or damages in transit or non-delivery if such has not been noted on the proof of delivery note.
c. The Buyer must notify the seller within 24 hours of the date of delivery by email directly to sales@spartanoutlet.co.uk any claims relating to a specific order.
Returns
ALL ITEMS
- All Returns are made at the purchaser's expense.
- Damaged or faulty goods will be inspected upon return to us.
- Return postage will be refunded where goods are found to be damaged/faulty after inspection.
- Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of suspected damaged/faulty items so that we can issue a return (RMI) number in order for you to send the item back, and for us to identify upon arrival. If you include your user ID and sales record this will also help speed up the process.
- Goods returned without any identification or sales record number may take longer to process
- If you change your mind about a purchase and require a refund, please contact us for a returns number within 7 working days after the day of receipt, and return the goods with the original, undamaged packaging to the address given on your returns number email. Goods should be returned within 7 days after receiving your returns number and reasonable care must be taken of the goods meanwhile.
- Goods must be returned in either the original, or suitable and appropriate packaging. Where goods have been returned in insufficient packaging and have been damaged as a result, the right to return is forfeit.
SOFTWARE
- In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), returns are only accepted if the software is returned within 7 days after the date of receipt with seals unbroken and COA/licence keys are unused/unregistered/not activated.
- If the software package has been opened and the seal broken, the right of return expires with no returns accepted.
- If a supplied software disk is found to be faulty after the seals have been broken, please contact us detailing the problem, and we will provide new media. Please be aware that the original COA/licence Key issued with the original disk is still valid, and CANNOT be replaced.
BUSINESS SALES: Items sold to businesses (ordered in the business name and/or requiring an itemised VAT invoice for goods) DSR does not apply and returns/refunds will be at the discretion of Spartan Outlet. If in doubt, or have any other questions, please contact us and we will be happy to assist. We would rather help to resolve a problem than receive negative or neutral feedback.
