We aim to ship all of our products within 1 day using first class postage once payment is received excluding orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, these orders will be shipped on the following Monday.

Our preferred payment option is PayPal, however we will accept alternatives, please contact us for more details. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us, if the item hasn't been dispatched we will cancel the order and give you a full refund immediately, otherwise you will have to return the goods before we give you a full refund. Return postage will not be refunded unless the item you received is incorrect or faulty.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 7 days under the Distance Selling Regulations Act.
