Esanda Networks offers 30-day return period on its products, unless otherwise noted in the listing.
All returns covered under our 30-day return period are subject to the following.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Esanda Networks must accompany all returns.
All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
Products returned must be in the exact condition at the time of sale and must include original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Returns on products with missing accessories or parts will be accepted only at the discretion of the company and charges may be applied for missing accessories or parts.
Physically damaged, abused or misused products are not eligible for returns.
No exchanges will be honored by Esanda Networks under any circumstances except DOA or defective items.
Shipping, handling and related fees are not refundable. Shipping cost for returning the product will have to be paid by the customer. If the listing offers free shipping a reasonable shipping cost of $5.99 will be deducted from the refund amount. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
After 30 days of the purchase date, all items that need to be returned for repair will have to be sent directly to the manufacturer or warranty provider.
Claim for missing accessories or product not as advertised must be reported within 3 days from the date item is shipped.
Refunds cannot be accepted when any UPC code, serial number and/or any bar code has been tampered with.
Please note a 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns that are found non- defective or are un-authorized by Esanda Networks.
Defective item will be exchanged or refund will be issued at the discretion of Esanda Networks
