PAYMENT
Payment is due within 7 days unless making a prior arrangement.
For Australian buyers, I accept Bank Transfer, Direct Deposit, Money Orders & Pay Pal
For International buyers, Pay Pal is the only payment method accepted.
SHIPPING
I will post within 2 business days from receiving cleared payment, please advise if urgent and I will arrange to post same day if possible.
In busy times, some items such as Suncatchers and Jewellery may need extra time as I hand make, please advise if urgent.
I do combine postage, please wait for your combined invoice before arranging payment.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
I value my buyers therefore my goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If an item is faulty, please contact me within 2 days of receiving. This is rare as I inspect all items carefully before posting. However, if it happens, I will take full responsibility.
If you decide you don't like or want the item, it must be returned to me in same new unused condition within 7 days via Registered mail at your cost, once I have received I will refund or credit you the price of the item.
CHRISTMAS & OTHER SPECIAL OCCASIONS.
I am happy to gift wrap free of charge and post direct to a nominated person, this must be advised on checkout or via message/email and if paying via pay pal please put the information there as well.
If its to a person in a different country, please advise before hand so that your invoice can be altered to the correct amount.
Please allow additional time for custom orders in the run up to Christmas, the earlier you put your orders in the better.
In this coming busy time, please allow extra time in general - for your item to be made or packed and posted, and for Australia Post to deliver, for International buyers, please allow extra time, due to the increased number of parcels there may be delays in customs etc.
