Starting at the pier in the small town of Kailua Kona, you'll ride virtually through the barren, moon-like lava fields on the Queen-K highway to Hawi and back, a distance of around 112 miles. Along the ride, coach Troy gives useful training tips and strategies to help you prepare for a successful race.
