About Time Source We started our business in 1978 as “Mondelli Jewelry” in a small booth on 47th St in Manhattan. As our services and clientele grew, we decided to move to a larger shop in Merrick, NY so we could expand our services and inventory. We happily served our customers for over 12 years; however, our passion for watches and other fine time pieces led us to Huntington, NY where we re-opened our store in the fall of 1996 as “Time Source Jewelers”. In Huntington, our business took a bit of a turn and watches became our primary focus and specialty. While to this day, we still provide excellent jewelry and jewelry related services (repairs and custom design), our passion lies in the fine time pieces that we sell and maintain for our customers. We’ve been serving our customers for over 30 years, and they know that we are true to our word and provide a level of service that larger stores and retail chains simply cannot compete with. Warranty We warranty all watches for 1 Year from date of purchase for any mechanical defect. Shipping Policy US Buyers: All items are shipped by UPS Ground delivery. We professionally package each and every item to protect from damage while in shipment. All packages have insurance incase of loss or theft. International Shipping: All items are shipped UPS Express delivery and are insured for full purchase price incase of loss or theft. We ship worldwide with buyers being responsible for shipping charges and any custom/duties fees that might be incurred.
