Payments

• This item is PayPal only. Please follow checkout instructions at the end of the auction.
• We do not accept checks of any kind for eBay transactions.
• Apto Soltuions’ policy is to open unpaid item cases if payment has not been received within 4 days of the sale date. Once an unpaid item case is open, a buyer has 4 additional days to complete the transaction. After that time Apto Solutions will cancel the transaction and the buyer will be subject to eBay policy.
• Apto Solutions is required to charge sales tax to residents of Georgia, California, Florida and Texas based on the tax NEXUS for each state. This amount will be automatically calculated and added to the invoice at the time of purchase.

Shipping Policy

• Apto Solutions uses UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground as standard shipping to the continental United States.
• International shipping is available for additional costs. To get an international shipping quote please contact us.
• Freight Shipping is also available for items over 150 lbs.  Please contact us for a quote.
• Please see individual listings for handling time.  If the auction end falls on a company holiday or weekend, please allow for extra time.

Guarantee

Most of our items are guaranteed for 30 days, unless otherwise stated in the description or returns section.  Please confirm this before ordering as some of our items are sold as is.
