For eBay sales I prefer the PayPal option for customers to use when buying from emodulation. It offers security to both parties.
Shipping usually is done using either Royal Mail or a parcel carrier subject to whichever is the most economical route.
For UK customers in order to offer quick delivery time I use Royal Mail 1st class which usually takes 1-3 working days but in rare cases could take longer.
For international sales I use priority mail and I cannot guarantee delivery time. The delivery usually takes 5 - 12 working days.
95% of my goods are shipped same or next day.
If your purchase is delivered to you damaged or faulty, you may return it to emodulation within 14 days of the date of delivery and I will offer you wherever possible a replacement of the faulty goods. In instance emodulation will be responsible for delivery costs to replace your item.
- Returned items must be boxed ready for collection in their original packaging.
- You should inform me of any faults that you have found with the item or its packaging as soon as you take delivery.
- All faulty items must be returned in the original packaging.
- Products with manufacturers faults must be returned as soon as the fault is discovered and within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Failure to comply may result in emodulation refusing to exchange your goods.
- If you do not like the item that you have purchased, I will also offer you a 14 day Money Back Guarantee but please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) to me.
- A full refund will only be made once I have taken delivery of the item and it has been checked for damage.
