  • Our orders are sent using Royal Mail 24 / International Standard Airmail (depending on your location).

  • Orders placed by 4 pm GMT are being shipped out the same working day.
    Orders placed after 4pm GMT are being shipped out next working day.

  • We don't ship on weekends!

  • Items sent to UK addresses should be received within 1-3 working days.
    Items sent to Europe are being delivered within 1-2 weeks.
    Orders shipped to Worldwide destinations should be delivered within 3 weeks.

  • If you do not receive your item within this period, please contact us via eBay and we will identify the problem and find some suitable solution for you.

  • Please change your address at the checkout if you want to send to another address as we cannot change this after.

  • Please make sure you have a house number/name on your address if applicable, as there might be an issue with your delivery if house number/name is missing.

  • We accept PayPal payments only.

  • To be covered by PayPal's Seller Protection Policy we can only dispatch items to the address you select when completing the eBay checkout process. To have an item sent to an address other than your account address you must add that new/alternative delivery address during Checkout, prior to paying for the order.

  • If you have already paid for the item, unfortunately, we will not be able to change the delivery address.

  • We do not offer a select-after service. This is because we aim to provide our customers with accurate stock availability in real-time. You will see that all available options are provided via the drop-down menu in the product listing and the number of items available for each option is shown when that option is selected. If we offered a select-after service, we would not be able to keep correct stock levels; and this would inconvenience all of our customers.

  • You need to select the options you want individually when you are placing your order. To purchase multiple items - please use basket service (it is also necessary to use basket if you are purchasing items on promotion or items entitled for combined shipping discount).



• We aim to deal with all returns within 3 business days after receiving them.

• The Buyer must include a note with details of Buyer’s name, email address and reason for return.

• Where the returned item is received by us without the necessary information specified, there may be a delay in processing the return.

• The Buyer may return their purchase to us for any reason for a refund.  We do not offer an exchange service.

If you need a replacement/alternative item you will need to make a brand new order for that item and return your unwanted item for a refund

(only if exchange option is not pre-agreed with us prior return).

• You can return your unwanted item to us within 28 days of the day we despatched it to you, but it must be in the same condition in which you received it.

The returned item must be UNUSED and in its original packaging and with ALL accessories sent to you in addition.

• We will not reimburse you for the cost of returning any item to us. In case if you need  to return faulty/incorrectly received item back to us,

please contact us so we could provide you with prepaid return envelope.

• Where the returned item is received by us and the packaging is missing or not intact or order is not returned in full (missing accessories),

we might decline to process a return for you and return the item back to you without refunding.

• Where the returned item is received by us and has been used by the Buyer, we will not accept the return and will request buyer

to arrange a collection of item to be collected and delivered back to buyer.

• We won’t process any refunds if item is returned after 28 days have passed since the order was dispatched to the Buyer.

In these cases Buyer will be contacted to discuss suitable solution.
