For your convenience 47th Street Photo offers a 30 day return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a refund or exchange. All returns require an RMA number. An RMA number will only be issued within 45 calendar days after the date of purchase. Your return must be received no later than 14 calendar days after issuance of RMA. All Returns may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. A restocking fee will be determined upon receipt of return and inspected by our factory trained specialists. All returns must be return in the manner it was received with all manufacturers' accessories, manuals, and unfilled warranty cards. If a restocking fee is assessed, you will be notified by email. If a return is received without an RMA it will be refused and returned.
Refunds: Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund are issued 5-10 days after receipt of the returned merchandise, but may not post in your account for 1 billing cycle.
