MOAB stands for Mobile Operation Attachment Bag. This sling-styled bag is made of water-resistant 1050-denier Nylon, and features one main compartment with a pocket that will fit most sleeved laptops, and the bungeed cinch top that will keep any load in place. Moreover there are two mesh pouches with Hook and Loop, and one zip pocket on the inside of the main flap that will easily hold computer accessories, electronics, binos, and other smaller items. The admin compartment on the front of the bag opens wide and has slots and pockets to organize pens, business cards, camera, GPS, and much more, plus two key keepers and a large internal zippered pocket. In addition the MOAB 10 includes a weapon pocket hidden between main compartment and admin pouch, a tech pocket on the shoulder strap, and top-access zippered fleece-lined eyewear pocket on the top, just behind the heavy-duty grab handle. The back panel conceals a reinforced hydration pocket (1.5 l) with hidden pass-through port located under the top handle.
Two side compression straps keep everything snugged closer to the body for comfortable load management. Web platform on the front of the bag allows adding pouches for even more gear capacity, and the 2"x3" Hook and Loop patch is great for flag or unit patches. There is also Hook and Loop patch for a nametape above admin pocket. Both sides of the backpack feature top-to-bottom web platform that allows attaching a host of different accessories. The extra padding on the back panel promotes ventilation and the anti-skid pads help keeps the backpack in place. The ambidextrous sling-style padded shoulder strap has three rows of web platform and accommodating either a left or right-handed user. One 3/8" grommet in the bottom panel lets the bag breathe and allows water and debris to escape. There is also strong nylon attachment point to the bottom for storing rolled soft shell jacket or windbreaker or even small roll-up bed.
The bag can be spun around from the back to the chest while being worn, making it easy to work out of, or to access the hidden weapon pocket. What is more it can rapidly connect/disconnect to any of the RUSH series of packs as well as any bags with web platform.
