I have a 14 day return policy and a 30 day part guarantee policy. I will take the return of a part for any reason in the first 14 days. I guarantee the part to match the description in the ad for a 30 days or I will replace the part with a good part or refund your money upon return of the item. (if needed).

If you receive an incorrect or defective item you must contact me within 30 days. If I have made a mistake you will receive a 100% refund including all shipping charges.

If you purchased the wrong part or just don't need it anymore you can return it within 14 days but there will be a 20% restock fee applied to the selling price or actual cost of shipping to cover my shipping costs to you and re inventory time. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All item returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number you can contact me via any of the ways listed at the bottom of this page.

I want you to be happy with your part and come back to me in the future for more parts thus there is no advantage for me to try and "slip one past you" or send you a part not accurately described.

I do my best to describe an item as accurately as possible but there can be times when I make a mistake or overlook something. I've been a trained mechanic for over 20 years now but I'm not perfect and accept responsibility for my mistakes. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please message or call me prior to taking negative actions. I will do everything I can within reason to make it right with you! If you leave negative feedback without giving me a chance to make it right with you the transaction will be considered final.

The majority of the parts I sell are used. I throw away parts every week that I think are not up to par to be sold here on EBay. Parts with notable defects are mentioned in the description along with pictures of the defect. It’s impossible to note every single defect with a part. Pictures are the best description and is why I post photos of the actual part you are buying so look the photos over good to make sure the items I what you want before purchasing. Don't see the picture you want/need? Ask me for more photos and I will send you more to get the picture you need.

If you are someone who expects like new parts at used prices please shop elsewhere.

Gaskets, cables, bushings, bearings, seals, pistons, rings, O-rings, dust covers, paint, coatings, brake pads, brake shoes, petcocks, clutch plates, sprockets and any other wear items are just that, wear items and are not guaranteed unless specifically noted in the ad.

Please keep in mind these are used parts and will have scratches, chips, grease, have a little play... etc...
