Vintage Japanese Cast Iron Kettle called “Tetsubin.”
This is mini size, which is popular particularly among foreign tetsubin collectors.
This tetsubin was made in NAMBU, which is the place's name and is famous for tetsubin manufacturing.
The "Arare" (hail) motif is very popular one as a motif for Tetsubin.
Also, the shape of the widening toward the bottom is preferred by Japanese as being associated with better future.
There is a sign mark of Nambu on the side.
The grip is movable (see the picture).

Condition: Very good vintage condition. It holds water now (we don’t take any
responsibility for any leaks in the future use). Sold as-is. Please see close up
