There is no tracking on DVD sized items.

We ship out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:

-- We will eat the cost to send DVD sized items within Canada via Lettermail.

            --Lettermail within Canada typically takes somewhere between 4-10 business days and does not include tracking.

-- Larger items do not include free shipping because they cannot be sent by Lettermail.

            --These are sent via Regular Parcel and also take somewhere between 4-10 business days to arrive.

            --Regular Parcel only includes tracking if over a certain weight.

--You may request another form of shipping at an additional charge (please contact us).

 

SHIPPING TO UNITED STATES:

--Shipping to the United States is via International Airmail.

            -- US International Airmail typically takes somewhere between 2-4 weeks to arrive.

            --Tracking is only available on items over a certain weight.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

--International shipping is via International Airmail.

            --International orders typically takes 4-8 weeks to arrive.

            --Tracking is only available on items over a certain weight.

 PAYMENT:

--Payment for items is expected within 48 hours of auction end. After this time our account will automatically open an unpaid item claim with EBay. We only accept Paypal.

 

RETURNS:

--If after receiving your item you are unhappy with it ----> please contact us! If there is a problem with your item we are happy to do exchanges or returns within 7 days of the time you received it.
