At auction, a pair of textile motorcycling pants by Fieldsheer, suitable for cool or cold weather use.  The pants have full-length heavy duty metal ankle-to-hip zippers on outside of each leg (see second photo) to make it easy to put the pants on over boots and jeans (or warmer gear). The zippers are protected by storm flaps secured by Velcro to prevent the entry of rain or cold.

Fieldsheer states the pants are manufactured of Carbolex fabric, with an internal RainGuard membrane.  There are Phoslite reflective patches on the outside of the lower legs (visible on right leg of first photo); Phoslite is also embedded in some of the piping.  The pants have removable CE-approved hard armor protectors on each knee (see fourth photo), as well as soft armor at hips and kidneys. The pants have two zippered front pockets and two zippered rear pockets.  Two additional zippers allow ventilation at each thigh. All zippers, including the front fly, are covered by storm flaps.  On the outside of the rear of the pants, just below the kidney pads, there is an 8-inch zipper to connect to a riding jacket (the zip half to sew into a jacket is included).

A removable quilted winter lining is part of the auction (see third photo).  This zips into the pants at the waist, with snaps and loops at cuffs. Like the pants, each leg of the liner has a full-length ankle-to-hip zipper to facilitate entry.

The pants are marked size LG.  Waist is adjustable via velcro straps, from minimum of about 33 inches to maximum of over 37 inches.   The inseam is 33 inches.

As stated in the Description, I purchased these overpants in 2012, but have never worn them on the road.  So, they are as new, without tags and damage:  no stains, tears, wear at all.  All zippers, snaps, and Velcro work perfectly. Nothing is missing.
